English Grandfather Clock

This eight day longcase clock strikes the hours on a bell. It has: a square dial with silver chapter ring, brass mask corner spandrels, pierced hands, seconds hand, day indicator, pendulum and two iron weights. The door and base have central medallions in oak with outer cross-banding. Dial appears to be signed "Theo Talbott Nantwich 1695". Case stands on raised bracket feet.

Condition: Good condition. Old repairs and restoration. Usual signs indicating age and wear for an older item from past usage along with: shrinkage, cracking, marking, rubbing, surface oxidization, and etc. Works well, ready for installation and use.
