Georgian English Partners Desk

This 19th century double pedestal desk has a tan and brown leather top embossed with a Greek Key pattern. It has 12 drawers, 2 doors and each pedestal is raised on bracket feet. The locks are stamped Hobbs & Co. (circa 1852) London Lever Machine made.

Materials and Techniques: Pine. Leather. Gilt tooling. Brass handles and locks. 

Condition: Very Good Condition for an item of this age with normal signs of wear consistent with age and use. There is some minor wear around the drawers.
