These lovely bird prints are handsomely framed in antique frames in complimentary tones of teal and rust paint with gold gilt. The delightful bird vignettes have an idyllic quality with a variety of species of birds perched and in flight.

This handsome Léon Danchin hand colored etching of two English Setter Hunting Dogs is signed in pencil and in the original glass and gilt edged wooden frame. Léon Danchin (1887-1938) was a French artist known for his drawings of animals, primarily sporting dogs. Danchin's work is widely recognized as some of the finest when it comes to the canine species.
