An antique oak tester bed with a molded and pierced carved cornice, a carved frieze and a geometrically fully paneled roof supported by twist half columns extending from the three paneled foot board. The supporting head board has six panels and chip carved decorative elements. The side rails are shaped. The bed is believed to be French / Flemish and having elements dating from the late 17th early18th century.
