James Phillips & Sons Dining Table with Leaves
James Phillips & Sons Dining Table with Leaves
This beautifully carved oak table was made by a distinguished English manufacturer, James Phillips & Sons-Union St. Bristol circa 1875. The piece has four center leaves that are fit into the table once it is opened by the hand crank. You have the choice to have a circular table without leaves. And you can add one to four leaves for a large, and even larger oval table. When you are opening and closing the table the legs move on casters to ease the transition. This is the ideal table for entertaining a variety of group sizes. When the table is full, with all four leaves it measures: 165" W. When it is closed it measures: 64” W. Each Leaf measures: 26” W.
