English Reverse Painted Gold Mirror in Gilt Frame
This frame once held a print and has been recently reset with a mirror. The glass border is reverse painted with gold and black in a gilded frame. The piece is a great example of late 19th century English decor. The piece has signs of age and use including a reddish hue that shines through the gilding on the frame. The mirror itself is new and in good condition inset in the reverse painted glass with expected signs of age and use including slight blemishes and scratches.
